It includes personalized skill development, athletic development (S&C), mental skill development, nutrition advice, college recruiting advice/help, training gear, and so much more. What to expect

  • Personalized skill development
    • The BALLER remote training or in-person training program
      • 2 – 1 HR FaceTime lessons working on desired skill
        • (IF DESIRED) “Session Recap” lesson (will count as a FaceTime lesson)
          1. A review of the video from the past weeks training sessions for your program
          2. Review of game footage
          3. To see how drills/training is translating to in game and show correlations.
          4. To understand how to properly use information to develop proper in game strategy, as well as assess information post at bats/innings to learn, grow, and move on
      • 1 – in person lesson
        • If schedule allows
        • If you are not able to make in person session, we will substitute 1 FaceTime lesson.
      • Unlimited high level video analysis
        • Side by side analysis with visual and audio feedback to make sure you are training the right way!
        • Multiple times a week, multiple times a day… as much as you want to train, we got you!
      • Monthly check-in phone call
        • Discuss program and its implementation.  Discuss positives to continue doing as well as any points that we need to solve for.
      • Weekly check-ins
        • Designed for questions or help as well as accountability for athlete.
